Agent Approvals – Part 2
Within our last update on 29th July, we introduced to you part 1 of our new Agent Approvals functionality.
This release gave you the ability to apply approval limits to Quotations, and while adding charges to jobs in both the Mobile Workforce app and the Operations Centre.
The part 2 update brings agent approval limits to adding charges to customer accounts:
