The implementation project PICA Somerville started off with a high level and minimally definitive scope.

Thanks to the Urbanise team, we were able to successfully evolve and adopt an agile delivery framework and methodology consisting of multiple sprints.

As a team, we were able to re-adjust expectations, allowing the actual execution to be more hybrid. Unknowns were fleshed out in more details, resulting in a remarkable increase in efficiency and capacity.

We’ve been using the Urbanise platform as it’s developed over the last few years, and are very happy with the functionality and automation it provides.

The automatic issue of levies and automation of standard processes saves us time and frees us up for other tasks, and the invoice processing function makes this essential task quick and easy. The navigation and filters make using the platform a breeze.

Urbanise Strata is an intuitive system to use once the initial training is completed.

There is real-time data resolution helps optimise our productivity and cost savings.

The system provides quick access to all our data through a transparent organisational structure and set of dashboards. Creation of a wide variety of reports is really super easy.

There are also other add-ons such as ePost, Stratavote Anywhere, and QuickAP integrations which really help us with the day to day.
