Sam brings broad experience in property services to the Board and a deep understanding of the requirements of facility management in the Asia-Pacific region. During a career spanning more than 40 years, Sam has held executive positions with leading firms in this sector and has been responsible for several global strategic initiatives involving the implementation of new business systems.

Until March 2020, Mr Cuccurullo was Head of Property & Asset Management, APAC for Cushman & Wakefield, and from 1995 to 2014, Executive Managing Director of Asset Services, APAC for CBRE. 

Mr Cuccurullo has a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He is also a Certified Property Manager (Property Council of Australia) and Licensed Real Estate Agent.
